Our Why
At Blueprints for Better, our mission is to inspire the next generation through hands on building
projects, learning, and skill-building.
We believe that every young person should make the opportunity to create, learn, and discover the
impact that they can make — one project at a time
Our Leadership
The Visionaries Behind the Blueprint
Derek Antigua
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Hi, I'm Derek Antigua, and I am a student at Northern Valley Regional High School at Old
Tappan, where nothing short of greatness is achieved. I am a student who really enjoys helping
people out, and is dedicated to help young people reach their potential through educational
opportunities, hands on activities, and real world experiences. That being said, I hope to leave
a positive experience and grow our community.
Hunter Hull

improving the youth community through projects and learning experiences.
